Below you will find detailed information regarding our fulfillment, domestic delivery within Morocco, worldwide shipping, tracking, order cancellations, and return conditions for our premium PURELOCK Gym Bench Towels.
1. Domestic Shipping (Morocco)
We are proud to offer fast, dependable domestic delivery across the Kingdom of Morocco:
 Delivery Cost: 100% Free Shipping on all orders across Morocco, with no minimum purchase required.
 Estimated Delivery Time: 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
 Major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fes, Agadir, etc.): Typically delivered within 24 hours.
 Regional areas and smaller provinces: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
 Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments (credit/debit cards) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). If you select Cash on Delivery, our local courier will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to delivery to confirm your location.
2. Order Processing Time
 Morocco Orders: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched first thing the following business day.
 International Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
 Confirmation: Once your order is registered, you will receive an automated confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp containing your order summary.
3. International Shipping
PURELOCK ships worldwide to fitness enthusiasts across the globe.
 International Delivery Estimates: Standard international transit takes approximately 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal/customs processing.
 Shipping Rates: International delivery fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination country.
 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU):
 International shipments may be subject to import duties, local VAT, and customs fees levied once the shipment reaches your country.
 Orders outside Morocco are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The customer/recipient is responsible for settling any customs clearance fees or local taxes assessed by destination authorities.
4. Order Tracking
 Domestic (Morocco): You will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp notification containing your delivery agent's contact details or tracking link once your parcel is out for delivery.
 International: As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated tracking link by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking milestones to populate in the carrier's portal.
 You can also check your delivery status at any time by contacting our support team or visiting the Track My Order page on our website.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
We process orders rapidly to meet our 24–48 hour delivery promise.
 Morocco Orders: If you wish to cancel or modify your order (e.g., change your delivery address, phone number, or towel color), please contact us within 2 hours of ordering via WhatsApp or email at  purelockgym@gmail.com.
 International Orders: Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of checkout before fulfillment begins.
 Once a parcel is handed over to the courier or out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled mid-transit. In this event, please refer to our return process below.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because gym bench towels are personal hygiene items, we maintain clear standards to protect all customers:
 Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
 Hygiene & Condition Requirements:
 Towels must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective bands intact.
 For hygiene safety, towels showing signs of gym use, sweat, laundering, or wear cannot be accepted for return or refund.
 Domestic Returns (Morocco):
 If you received a defective item or incorrect color/product, PURELOCK covers all pickup and replacement fees.
 For standard changes of mind, a flat domestic return pickup fee of [40 MAD] will be deducted from your refund, or you may ship the item back using a courier of your choice.
 Refund Processing: Once your return arrives at our facility and passes hygiene inspection, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days via bank transfer (for COD orders) or original card refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event your PURELOCK Gym Bench Towel arrives defective or damaged during transit:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt at [support@purelock.com] or via WhatsApp.
2. Send a quick photo or video showing the defect along with your Order Number.
3. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero cost to you.
